Full Main Floor Renovation

In this Kitchen we Removed the Wood Panel Ceiling and Added More Pot Lights. The Quartzite Countertop is Complimented by White Upper Cabinets and Grey Lower Cabinets. An Office Area is Incorporated as Part of the Kitchen. The Pantry is now a Wall of Cabinets

The Textured Ceilings were Removed and Made Smooth in the Family Room, Dining Room and Hallways and Pot Lights were also Added in the Family Room where the Fireplace was Renovated and a New Door to the Basement Completed the Room

Engineered Hardwood Flooring Replaced the Flooring in the Kitchen, Family Room, Sun Room and Dining Room 

One Paint Colour was used Throughout the Main Floor (except the Washroom) and Up the Stairwell, where we also added a Handrail

In the Sun Room, we Installed Drywall on top of the Bricks, Completing the Look of this Beautiful Cottage-Like Oasis​​

Removing Load Bearing Walls

For this Renovation, we Opened up the Kitchen to the Dining Room by Removing the Wall Between the two Rooms

The Kitchen Footprint Remained the Same with the Addition of Cabinets and Countertop where the Table was before 

We Installed French Doors Between the Dining Room and Living Room - perfect for Entertaining

The Flooring is Vinyl (but looks like Wood) throughout the Main Floor making it look great and be very Functional

The Kitchen and Dining Room Walls are Grey, while the Living Room is a Lovely Deep Blue​​​
