My natural ability to put people at ease, came in handy during my 9 years in the moving industry, in high school and university, working as a Packer/Unpacker. When I completed my BA in Sociology and Cultural Studies, I worked in Claims and Customer Service. I have moved over 10 times, so I am well aware of the emotions that go along with moving.
I started my 15 years in Customer Service/Call Centre Management in Mail/Courier Services and then Home Appraisal Services, Parking Management and Commercial Cleaning.
In the corporate and business world, I have trained hundreds of people on how to organize their schedules and calendars, emails and tasks and created systems for electronic and paperwork filing to better organize their day to work more effectively and efficiently. I have worked with individuals and their families to put systems in place to be more organized and find time to get more out of each day, eliminating stress and helping people to live a fuller and happier life.

For over 10 years, I have helped hundreds of people make their renovation ideas a reality and restore their homes and businesses after terrible disasters like fires and floods.
Prior to this, I worked at the famous Canadian Rose Grower, Pickering Nurseries for over 15 years, learning everything about roses, (including how to graft them) and expanded my knowledge into trees, shrubs/plants as well as landscaping design and maintenance.
I went to school for Accounting and Financial Management and worked in the field for several years but was not really passionate about working in an office and sitting at a desk. I have always enjoyed fixing and building things, so looking for a change, I expanded my hands-on skills into concrete foundation, then renovations and remediation work and have never looked back.
